When receiving a package, please inspect it carefully. If there is visible damage or anything missing, ask the courier to complete a damage report and notify us immediately.
8. Product Warranty
We are responsible for product defects in accordance with the Polish Civil Code. The warranty period is 2 years from the date of delivery (1 year for used goods purchased by consumers).
If a product is defective, you may choose to request a price reduction, repair, replacement, or return. These rights apply unless the defect was known to you at the time of purchase.
Please send warranty claims to pl@nvecexpert.com or by post. You can use the complaint form (Annex 2) provided on our site.
Claims are processed within 14 calendar days. If we do not respond within that time, the claim is considered accepted. Return shipping and defect repair are at our cost.
9. Right to Withdraw
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product – without providing a reason.
To withdraw, please send us a completed withdrawal form (Annex 1) by email or post. We will confirm receipt as soon as possible.
We will refund all payments (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.
We may wait to issue the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of return is provided – whichever comes first.
You must return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Items should be sent to:

02-001 Warsaw, Poland
Returned products must be unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to deduct costs if the item was handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

If our services are not working as expected, you can submit a complaint by email. Be sure to include your name, email address, order details, and a description of the issue.
We will respond within 14 calendar days. If no response is received within this timeframe, the complaint is considered accepted.
11. Provisions for Business Customers
This section applies only to Customers who are not Consumers, as defined by Polish law.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order at any time before the goods are handed over to the Customer or courier. In such a case, no compensation will be owed to the Customer.
For business Customers, the Seller may limit available payment methods and require full or partial prepayment regardless of the chosen payment option.
Under Article 558 of the Civil Code, the Seller’s liability under warranty is excluded for business Customers.

The Seller’s liability for damages is limited to the actual value of the placed order.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for incorrect data entered by Customers (e.g. in the order or registration forms) or for any actions that make it impossible for us to provide services properly.
We are also not liable for damages resulting from misuse of the Online Store or actions inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions, legal regulations, or good practices.
We may temporarily disable parts of the Online Store for maintenance or upgrades. In such cases, your rights as a Customer remain unaffected.

- False or misleading information is provided
- The rights of third parties (including other customers or staff) are violated
- The platform is used in a way that disrupts its functionality
- Terms and Conditions, laws, or social norms are violated
