Delivery Information

Your order will be delivered using the InPost courier service or another provider if requested. Packages can also be sent to InPost parcel lockers. The final delivery charge depends on the selected payment method and the chosen courier. All items from the order are combined into a single shipment, and only one delivery fee is applied.

Courier Delivery

Shipping fees include insurance – each package is insured up to the total order value. Most courier deliveries arrive the day after dispatch.

InPost Lockers

InPost Lockers are available throughout Poland and allow 24/7 pickup of your package. Usually, deliveries to these lockers are completed within one working day.
Cost for delivery to lockers: 15 zł.

Customers can also collect their orders in person at our store:

Shipping fees for international destinations are calculated individually. Please reach out to us for a personalized quote before placing your order.

Orders exceeding a total value of 999 zł are eligible for free shipping.

Processing and delivery of your order typically take 2 to 5 business days if the item is in stock. Orders placed before 1:00 PM are often delivered the next day.
