Confidentiality and Usage Terms
Agreement for NVECEXPERT Users
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is made between you (the user) and NVECTECH PL Sp. z o.o. ("we") regarding your registration and use of the NVECEXPERT website (the "Website"). Please carefully review this Agreement before proceeding. Key provisions related to your rights, dispute resolution, and applicable law are highlighted using bold text. You may accept or reject this Agreement. If you are a minor or have limited legal capacity, please review this Agreement with your guardian or legal representative before using the Website.
By installing, registering for, or using the NVECEXPERT Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of it, do not continue with registration or use of the Website.
1. By accessing or using the NVECEXPERT Website, all users are considered to have reviewed and accepted the terms of this Agreement. Any form of access to or interaction with the Website indicates voluntary acceptance of these terms.
2. Content published through the NVECEXPERT Website does not necessarily represent the views or opinions of NVECTECH PL Sp. z o.o.
3. All media content (text, images, audio, and video) posted or shared via the NVECEXPERT Website is provided by users. The accuracy, legality, and reliability of such content is the responsibility of its authors. NVECTECH PL Sp. z o.o. does not guarantee or assume liability for it.
4. If any content infringes the rights of third parties (including intellectual property), responsibility lies solely with the individual who posted it. NVECTECH PL Sp. z o.o. disclaims any related legal liability.
5. The NVECEXPERT Website may contain external links for user convenience. We do not guarantee the accuracy or safety of such links and are not responsible for the content of third-party websites.
6. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you bear full responsibility for any risks and consequences associated with use. NVECEXPERT cannot be held liable for damages or losses resulting from your use of the service.
7. Except as explicitly provided in our service terms, NVECTECH PL Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from misuse of the Website, including breaches of intellectual property or contractual obligations.
8. NVECEXPERT is not liable for service interruptions or malfunctions due to force majeure or events beyond our control, including but not limited to hacking, server failures, or communication issues.
Note: For matters not covered in this section, relevant national laws and regulations shall apply. If any part of this Agreement conflicts with applicable law, the latter shall prevail. NVECTECH PL Sp. z o.o. reserves all rights to modify, update, or interpret this document.
User Privacy Agreement
Before using the NVECEXPERT website (the "Website"), we kindly ask you to carefully read this User Privacy Agreement ("Agreement") to understand how your data is handled. Key clauses, particularly those involving your rights and data use, are highlighted. Your continued use of the Website will be regarded as consent to this Agreement and acceptance of all its terms.
This Agreement sets out the rights and responsibilities between NVECTECH PL Sp. z o.o. ("we") and you (the user) in connection with the services provided through the Website. We reserve the right to update or amend this document at any time. Once published, the new version replaces the previous one without individual notification. You may view the latest version directly on the Website.
If you do not accept the updated terms, please discontinue your use of the Website immediately. Continuing to use our services after changes have been made will be interpreted as your agreement to the revised terms.
Terms of Use
1. Any content published or transmitted by users through the Website reflects the views of the user alone and not of NVECEXPERT.
2. Users agree not to use the Website for the following actions:
- Submitting false information or impersonating others by using their profile photos or data.
- Encouraging others to follow, share, or interact with misleading links or content.
- Spreading falsehoods or misleading information.
- Creating multiple fake accounts through automated tools or scripts.
- Using the Website to engage in unlawful or criminal activity.
- Creating, distributing, or using tools intended to perform any of the above actions.
- Violating laws, infringing on the rights of others, or interfering with NVECEXPERT operations without proper authorization.
3. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and safety of any content you submit. NVECEXPERT is not liable for the information you share. If your content causes harm to NVECEXPERT or any third party, you may be held legally accountable.
4. The Website may display advertisements. By using the service, you agree to view ads provided by NVECEXPERT or its authorized partners. Unless otherwise required by law, you alone are responsible for your interactions with advertisers.
NVECEXPERT is not responsible for any loss or damages that occur from user interaction with advertisements or from reliance on promotional content.
Protection of Users' Personal Information
1. Safeguarding user privacy is a core principle of NVECEXPERT. We are committed to not disclosing or sharing your personal registration information or private content stored within the Website, except in the following cases:
- When we have received your explicit prior consent.
- When disclosure is required by applicable laws and regulations.
- When requested by authorized government authorities.
- To protect the public interest, including safety and well-being.
- To defend the legitimate rights and interests of NVECEXPERT.
2. When cooperating with third-party partners to provide you with specific services, we may share necessary information, including your registration details, only with parties who commit to following the same data protection standards as NVECTECH PL Sp. z o.o.
User Posted Content Guidelines
1. For the purpose of this Agreement, “user content” includes any material submitted or shared via your account within the Website—this can include your username, profile photo, biography, authentication documents, written posts, voice messages, images, videos, replies, automated messages, as well as any shared links.
2. Users are strictly prohibited from submitting or distributing any content that violates laws, regulations, or the following categories:
- Opposing the fundamental principles of the constitution.
- Threatening national security, revealing state secrets, or undermining unity and public order.
- Harming national dignity or interests.
- Inciting discrimination or hatred between ethnic groups.
- Promoting superstitions, cults, or violating religious policies.
- Spreading rumors, disrupting social harmony, or inciting panic.
- Insulting or defaming individuals, or violating others’ rights.
- Any content prohibited by national or international legal frameworks.
3. Furthermore, you may not use the Website to publish or distribute content that disrupts the normal operation of the service or infringes upon the legal rights of others, including:
- Sexually explicit or suggestive content.
- Abusive, threatening, or violent material.
- Harassment, spam, or misleading information.
- Disclosure of personal or confidential information belonging to others.
- Violations of privacy, intellectual property, or trade secrets.
- Any content that damages the user experience or poses legal risks to NVECEXPERT or others.
Penalty Rules for Breach of Contract Terms
1. If NVECEXPERT identifies or receives reports that a user has violated the provisions of this Agreement, we reserve the right to review and, if necessary, take action without prior notice. Such action may include removal of content, restriction of features, or other corrective measures based on the severity of the violation.
2. Actions subject to penalty may include—but are not limited to—alteration or deletion of user information, suspension of posting rights, or disabling of user accounts. In cases of repeated or serious violations, NVECEXPERT may permanently block the account in question.
3. Penalties will be applied in accordance with the nature and impact of the breach. NVECEXPERT reserves the right to interpret and enforce these rules independently and to escalate action if violations continue after warnings have been issued.
4. Users who believe that disciplinary actions were taken in error may contact us via pl@nvecexpert.com to request a review. While we consider all such appeals, we are not obligated to reverse decisions unless we determine that an error occurred.
5. Any losses or damages resulting from suspension or termination of accounts due to violations are the sole responsibility of the user.
This Agreement and its provisions shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations. In case of any legal conflict or user dispute, local legislation and jurisdiction shall apply accordingly.
