Complaints and Returns

If you encounter any issues with purchased products, we recommend contacting us first by phone at +48 512 605 809 or by email at pl@nvectech.com. Many problems can be resolved without needing to send the item back.

If you choose to submit a complaint and return the product, please include the following items in your package:

  • Completed complaint form – Annex 2
  • Proof of purchase – ideally a receipt or invoice
  • Warranty card – if applicable
  • The product with all original components

We aim to process all complaints promptly at our service point.

Returns Within 14 Days – Right of Withdrawal

According to consumer rights, you can return goods within 14 calendar days of receiving them — no explanation needed. This applies only to private individuals purchasing for personal use (not businesses).

Returned items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Please include the following items with your return:

  • Completed withdrawal form – Annex 1
  • Proof of purchase (receipt)
  • Warranty card – if included
  • The product with all original accessories

Terms for Withdrawal and Complaints

Withdrawing from the Sales Agreement

As per Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act (May 30, 2014), consumers may withdraw from a remote sales agreement within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period starts from the day you or a designated third party (excluding the courier) receives the product.

You can withdraw by submitting a statement (Annex 1) either electronically or by post.

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal as soon as possible.

All payments, including delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.

We may delay the refund until we receive the returned product or confirmation of shipment.

Withdrawal from Electronic Services and Complaint Submission

Consumers can also cancel electronic service agreements within 14 calendar days from the date of signing.

To do so, send your statement via email to pl@nvectech.com or by post to our registered address.
