Upgraded version of the HIKMICRO Thunder Pro TE19C thermal scope attachment, adapting this highly successful design to the latest standards. Thanks to device optimization, HIKVISION engineers achieved a significant extension of the model’s operating time – now allowing up to 10 hours of continuous use. The refresh rate was also increased to 50 Hz, providing extremely smooth image flow and thus comfortable observation. The model also gained the ability to record sound and activate recording triggered by the recoil of the weapon on which it is mounted. However, the attachment retains the original’s advantages – an extremely compact design and excellent image quality, offering effective wildlife detection.

NOTE: To properly mount HIKMICRO 2.0 series attachments on scopes, it is necessary to select the appropriate adapter compatible with the 2.0 line or Rusam ARM52 adapters without a reduction ring. Attachments from the 2.0 line are not compatible with older adapter types produced by HIKMICRO.

HIKMICRO TE19C 2.0 Thermal Scope Construction

HIKMICRO Thunder PRO TE19C has a lightweight and durable aluminum alloy body. With dimensions of 187.2 × 62.5 × 59.2 mm, Thunder Pro TE19C is the lightest device in its class on the market. The aluminum body also guarantees resistance to shocks, impacts, and weather conditions. The body is protected against water, dust, and moisture (IP67 rating), making the attachment resistant to all weather conditions encountered during hunting. Silent operation is essential when stalking game, so the attachment uses rubber, noiseless buttons.

Excellent image parameters

HIKMICRO Thunder PRO TE19C 2.0 features a sensitive 256 × 192 px sensor with NETD < 20 mK, high-quality OLED display 1024×768 px, a 19 mm lens, and a functional rangefinder. The lower the NETD value, the better the sensor detects temperature differences, resulting in excellent image quality. These specs provide a clear image in all environmental conditions, allowing use in complete darkness, fog, smoke, dust, and in rain or snow. The thermal scope has 1× optical zoom and can detect targets at distances up to 1000 m.

The scope mode includes the popular PiP (picture-in-picture) function, enabling hunters to observe targets precisely while maintaining a wide field of view. The Thunder also uses digital zoom ranges of 2×, 4×, and 8×.

Hunters have access to 4 popular display modes, choosing between:

• White hot – warm objects appear bright. The higher the temperature, the lighter the tone.
• Black hot – warm objects appear dark. The higher the temperature, the darker the tone.
• Red hot – similar to "black hot" with red highlights on the hottest elements.
• Fusion – temperature gradient display from white, yellow, red, pink to purple colors.

Thermal image technologies:

• DDE (digital detail enhancement) – digitally enhances detail by smoothing the image while highlighting features.
• 3D DNR (3D digital noise reduction) – effectively removes noise, improving image quality.

Variable reticles (thermal scope mode)

HIKMICRO Thunder PRO TE19C 2.0 offers 5 ballistic profiles. Each can be customized with 10 crosshair types, precise zeroing at selected distances, color options, or turned off entirely when using the device for observation or as an attachment. Hunters will appreciate the static rangefinder that measures distance based on factory values or user settings. HIKMICRO Thunder PRO TE19C 2.0 supports not only hunting but also observation and patrol tasks.

HIKMICRO Thunder Hunting Thermal Scope Functionality

The Thunder thermal scope is powered by included dedicated high-performance batteries. Runtime reaches up to 10 hours and can be extended by connecting a power bank (via USB-C). The upgrade also added USB-C charging capability. The device has 16 GB internal memory for storing photos and videos. Additionally, the image can be streamed via Wi-Fi to a phone or other device with the appropriate app (Android or iOS).
