Preparation

Before cleaning, remove any dust or debris to avoid scratching the lens. Compressed air is recommended instead of wiping with a dry cloth.

Cleaning

The best method is washing with hot water and mild soap or dish detergent. Use a cotton swab dipped in the solution and gently wipe the lens from edges toward the center. Replace the swab after each full stroke to prevent spreading dirt. This method is suitable for both glass and polymer lenses.
