2BME-Polish tiles for assembly of a collimator on weapons

Calling tiles are designed and made by the Polish company TBME (Two Brothers Military Engineering), which uses high-class CNC DMG-Mori tools to produce its products. TBME tiles are dedicated to pistols factory (or by a gunsmith) adapted to install collimators directly on the castle.

The basics are made of 7075-T6 air aluminum, making them extremely durable and extremely light (depending on the model about 8 g). The plate is finished with the method of hard anodizing with military specification (Mil-Spec), thanks to which its surface has increased resistance to scratches and wiping. Anodizing is a process that hardens the aluminum surface and protects against oxidation. TBME assembly tiles are not only distinguished by a permanent finish and a perfect fit to the weapon, but also the possibility of extremely low coaller embedding on weapons.

Thanks to the use of measuring probes, the tiles are perfectly dimensioned and adapted to the factory weapon cutter. To ensure a stable and reliable installation of a collimator, the plate uses a system of steel interchangeable "quad lock" inserts, which enabled the use of screws with a strong, multi -development thread (excluding models attached to the so -called swallow tail). The set includes all the elements necessary for the assembly of the collimator on the weapon: the most powerful 4 -grade Torx Mounting screws on the market, stainless steel, tube of thread glue, and assembly instructions.

For mounting tiles and collimator, it is recommended to use medium power thread glue (included) and use a dynamometric key with a 1.2 Nm setting. Before final assembly, it is worth attaching a complete plate (with threaded inserts) and a collimator without the use of glue. Thanks to this verification, we can be sure that the tile is properly adapted to the collimator and weapons.
