The rifle features a modern polymer stock made of a material resistant to damage and weather conditions. The durable polymer stock is not only lighter than a wooden one but also requires much less maintenance. Fine checkering on the pistol grip and the front part of the stock improves the grip and gives the rifle an elegant appearance. The rifle weighs only 2240 g, making it comfortable for younger users and women to shoot. The Monte Carlo stock with a symmetrical cheek piece allows the use of various optical devices and provides a comfortable shooting position for both right- and left-handed users. A soft rubber butt pad at the end of the stock ensures comfortable and stable support on the shoulder.

The rifle is equipped with a precision rifled barrel with a length of 480 mm, which significantly affects shooting accuracy and repeatability. At the end of the barrel there is a sound suppressor reducing the noise of the shot, which also serves as a mounting base for the front sight. The Diana Trailscout air rifle is a multi-shot model thanks to a rotating aluminum magazine with a capacity of 9 pellets. After inserting the magazine into the action it is secured magnetically. A side lever (similar to hunting rifles) is used for reloading. The cycling is smooth and light, allowing the shooter to reload without taking their eyes off the target. In addition to the 9-shot magazine, the set also includes a magnetic single-shot tray. This ensures that the pellet is properly introduced into the chamber without the risk of deformation or jamming. For shooting it is recommended to use only diabolo pellets with flat or round heads with a maximum length of 8.6 mm.

The CO₂ cartridges are installed in an aluminum cylinder under the barrel, making replacement simple and quick.
