H&K Heckler&Koch USP Blowback in 4.5 mm BB caliber is an air pistol faithfully reproducing the iconic German semi‑automatic pistol from the Heckler&Koch brand. The construction features solid workmanship with a metal slide and a durable polymer frame. Original manufacturer markings are applied to both elements. The design is powered by a CO2 capsule and allows semi‑automatic shooting. The pistol version is equipped with a strong Blow‑Back slide recoil system.
The model is powered by a 12 g CO2 capsule installed in the magazine. Compressed carbon dioxide enables semi‑automatic shooting. A good‑quality CO2 capsule allows approximately 60 consistent shots. The number of shots also depends on air temperature, shooting dynamics and proper maintenance of the construction. It should also be remembered that a pierced CO2 capsule can remain installed for a maximum of 48 hours.
The model has fixed mechanical aiming devices consisting of a rear sight and front sight with bright dots that help align both elements and make aiming easier.
The model uses a single/double action trigger mechanism (DA/SA), characterized by a short trigger travel before the shot and relatively low trigger resistance. The advantage of this solution is mainly the simple construction and the ability to fire precise shots without the risk of pulling the shot off target. When the hammer is lowered (DA), the trigger has a longer travel and greater resistance, but the shooter does not need to manually cock the hammer each time.
The removable magazine located in the grip holds 18 steel BBs in 4.5 mm caliber, which are best suited for recreational shooting at reactive targets, cans, bottles, etc. It is equipped with a follower tab that facilitates loading.
During transport or storage, the trigger mechanism can be locked using a wing safety located on the left side of the frame. It also functions as a decocker.
