produced by the Turkish weapon producer Hatsan Wiatrówki have been successful among Polish sports shooters for years. The Optima by Hatsan brand offers the same excellent cost ratio that directly results from the solutions used in the production process. The manufacturer's enormous capabilities allow him to product each part in one factory, thanks to which the windbreakers are created from scratch under the watchful eye of Hatsan specialists.

Modern polymer bed

Optima by Hatsan Striker Edge rifle is made of a durable polymer with a matte finish, which is resistant to mechanical damage, weather conditions and moisture. Maintenance and cleaning of the plastic bed is limited only to maintaining in general cleanliness and sporadic use of silicone oil.

The symmetrical Thumb-Hole butt has a grooved pistol grip with a thumb space, which has a positive effect on comfort and control over the carabiner.   The recoil formed after a shot is effectively absorbed thanks to the use of a ventilated rubber footer, also responsible for a stable backrest. On the pistol grip and the front part of the n fine, minor mounts have been made, which improves the adhesion of the hands and increases the aesthetic values of the carabiner.

Comfortable charging

The spring is stretched by classic "barrel fracture" , the methods most often used in spring winds due to convenient and simple operation. The Optima by Hatsan Striker Edge carabiner shoots diabolo in a 5.5 mm caliber , loaded directly into the barrel. 

The charging activity is facilitated by a polymer protective collar, which also has a bow tie. The carabiner uses the Anti Bear-Tap protection, which prevents premature release of the spring during its stretching.

Precision and high range

for the accuracy and repeatability of the shots is the threaded barrel with a length of 450 mm , thanks to which after a short training we can get a repetitive focus. The fired shot reaches a high initial speed approx. 200 m/s (~ 10 j), thanks to which from the rifle we can also accurately shoot at greater distances .

Safety in the foreground

Safety is the most important thing in shooting, so after stretching the spring ("barrel fracture") there is automatic switching on the fuse , which prevents the uncontrolled shot from firing. Before firing the shot, turn off the fuse, which has been conveniently located in front of the trigger. This affects the exceptionally easy dispersion of a rifle, which can take place even without disturbing the aiming process.

Modern sights

The carabiner has been equipped with good -class fiber optic sights , i.e. a tunnel bow tie and an adjustable in vertical and level of Szczerbinka. Fiber options with contrasting (green and red) colors significantly accelerate the ripping of the bow tie and Szczerbinki, and thanks to high absorption of light, also allowing shooting in poor light. If we want to try our hand at a greater distance, we can also mount the selected optical sight on 11 mm rail.
