Walther 3-9 × 44 is a popular air rifle scope with variable magnification, featuring open turrets with setting locks, an integrated sunshade, and a precise Mil-Dot reticle.
Durable Construction
The scope has a one-piece tube with a diameter of 25.4 mm made from anodized aluminum. Thanks to sealing and nitrogen filling, the optics do not fog up and are resistant to weather conditions.
The construction is also shock-resistant, meaning the Walther 3-9×44 scope can also be used on high-powered spring air rifles.
The tube has an integrated sunshade that reduces light glare and enhances contrast even in bright sunlight.
Optics with Variable Magnification
The lenses are coated with a multi-layer anti-reflective coating, improving light transmission and providing a bright, sharp image of the target, making the scope suitable for shooting in low-light conditions. The ocular features a ring for independent focus adjustment.
The optics offer a variable magnification of 3-9×, allowing for shooting at various distances and choosing between a wide field of view or strong target magnification.
Mil-Dot Reticle
The Walther 3-9×44 scope uses the popular Mil-Dot reticle, consisting of 4 thin lines with evenly spaced dots, allowing for shot corrections (without turret adjustment) and distance estimation to the target.
Mil-Dot reticles are commonly used in sniper optics and air rifle scopes. The reticle can be adjusted vertically and horizontally using open turrets with a click value of 0.7 mm/10 m.
The knurled turrets feature a setting lock, which is engaged by tightening the ring. The scope has a fixed parallax set at a distance of 10 meters.
Included Accessories
Along with the scope, you receive solid mounting rings for an 11 mm rail and polymer lens covers.
