The visor is made of polycarbonate, a hard polymer with increased crack resistance. The profiled visor of optical class 1 provides a wide field of view (160°). The Antiscratch coating protects the lens from scratches. The glasses meet high ballistic protection standards EN 12312-1 and STANAG 2920/4296, therefore protecting against dangerous high-velocity fragments. The visor is additionally coated with an Antifog layer, minimizing fogging during intense physical activity or sudden temperature changes. The anti-fog effect is enhanced by ventilation openings in the frame.

SwissEye Tactical Glasses with Ballistic Protection 

The Lancer features a profiled frame made from lightweight and shatter-resistant TR90 material with hypoallergenic properties. Wearing comfort is enhanced by a soft, detachable nose pad and flexible temples with adjustable tilt. The temples have a rubberized finish that prevents the glasses from slipping on the head. Lancer glasses are extremely lightweight (weighing only 30 g), which, combined with the profiled frame design, allows for comfortable all-day wear. 

Orange lenses effectively filter and block most high-energy visible (HEV) blue light, which causes light scattering and image blur. They increase contrast in low-light conditions, making them ideal for shooting both on outdoor ranges and indoors.

Ballistic Standards of SwissEye Lancer Tactical Glasses:

STANAG 2920 / 4296 – a ballistic protection class standard. This standard defines the V-50 parameter, which indicates the velocity in m/s at which there is a 50% probability that a 1.1 g fragment will penetrate the ballistic shield.

EN 12312-1 – a European standard specifying requirements for protection against solar radiation for non-prescription glasses and sun filters intended for everyday use.
