Beretta Model 92 6 mm is a licensed ASG replica of the Italian semi-automatic pistol, an evolved version of the iconic M92, featuring a skeletonized hammer, accessory rail, additional serrations, and reinforced slide. Apart from the polymer grip panels, the replica is made entirely of metal. The model features a Blow-Back system and is powered by Green Gas. The presented version comes in sand/black color.
Except for the polymer grip panels, the replica is made entirely of metal. High quality is emphasized by the machined slide, excellent fit, and faithful reproduction of details from the U.S. Army Beretta M9. To enhance authenticity, licensed Beretta markings are applied to both the frame and the slide. The user can partially disassemble the replica in accordance with the original firearm.
The Beretta is powered by green gas. Compressed propane propels 0.20 g BBs at approximately 330 FPS and cycles the metal slide. The high muzzle velocity also provides an extended effective range of over 20 meters. Please note that the performance of green-gas-powered replicas is significantly affected by ambient temperature and shooting cadence.
The model features a Single/Double Action (DA/SA) trigger mechanism characterized by a short travel to the shot break and a light trigger pull. Its main advantage is the ability to deliver precise shots without the risk of pulling off target. In Double Action (DA) with the hammer down, the trigger has a longer pull and heavier resistance (relevant when a decocker is present on the firearm version).
Gas operation allows the use of a powerful Blow-Back system responsible for realistic slide recoil after each shot. The noticeable “kick” pleasantly mimics firing a real firearm. After the last BB is fired, the slide remains locked in the rear position, just like on a real pistol.
The pistol is equipped with fixed mechanical sights consisting of a rear sight and front sight.
The pistol features a manual safety in the form of a lever located on the slide, easily accessible without removing the hand from the grip. The replica uses a grip-inserted magazine with a capacity of 23 BBs.
