Heckler&Koch HK416 A5 6 mm green gas is a gas-powered ASG replica of an assault rifle used, among others, in Poland by the KGP Counter-Terrorist Operations Bureau and the JW 4101 unit. The rifle features a desert color scheme.

The HK416 A5 replica is manufactured almost entirely from metal using precision CNC machining of an aluminum alloy. Only the pistol grip and stock are made of polymer. The rifle is equipped with an R.I.S. handguard and a top Picatinny rail, allowing the installation of various shooting accessories such as a hand stop, tactical flashlight, or red dot sight. The R.I.S. rail system includes an additional locking mechanism that prevents handguard loosening and rail rotation.

As in the original firearm, the replica features folding iron sights (adjustable rear aperture), which can serve as backup sights when a red dot is installed. The stock position can be adjusted in 5 settings, allowing the rifle length to be tailored to the user’s anatomy. The stock is finished with a non-slip butt pad, providing a secure shoulder contact point. Both the stock and the handguard are equipped with QD sling mounting slots. The barrel is fitted with a 14 mm left-hand thread, onto which a standard bird cage flash hider is mounted. The user can easily modify the rifle by replacing the flash hider with a selected suppressor or another muzzle device.

The realism of the design is enhanced by fully functional, ambidextrous controls, including the fire selector, magazine release, and bolt catch. The rifle is powered by green gas, providing an output energy of approximately 1 joule. The gas system is responsible for a realistic blowback action, which convincingly replicates the weapon’s operation during firing. The bolt recoil felt as a “kick into the shoulder” is significantly stronger than that of electric blowback (EBB) systems and is sure to delight any airsoft enthusiast. The real-cap magazine, which also serves as the green gas reservoir, holds 30 BBs. Thanks to the NPAS pressure adjustment system, the user can regulate the muzzle velocity and blowback performance to match game rules or personal preferences. After the last BB is fired, the bolt locks back in the rear position just like in a real firearm, and releasing it requires pressing the bolt catch lever. The rifle features a fully adjustable hop-up system, operated via a dummy gas regulator, allowing quick and convenient adjustment of the BB flight path.
